Welcome to my website.

My name is Nandor Nagy. I was born in Transylvania/Romania raised in Budapest Hungary and now chasing the light in Washington DC.

During my early years I spent all my off school time at my grandparents house. My grandfather was a painter he was working days or sometimes weeks long on an artwork. My grandmother painted commercial signs .  This environment influenced me to grab pencils and start my baby steps in art. I had to realize early that painting and drawing will never be my best skills so I had to look for other alternatives. This turned my vision towards photography. as a self taught photographer, I always look for the next opportunity to capture something outstanding. I believe that photography cannot be mastered. We have to work hard to learn and improve our work.
